Alex brings over 2 decades of extensive experience in the real estate industry to his role as Managing Director of Brooklyn at BOND NEW YORK. Formerly serving as the Senior Managing Director of Corcoran’s bustling Williamsburg/Driggs office and later its Brooklyn Heights office, Alex oversaw residential rental operations and managed a branch of approximately 150 talented agents.

In his new capacity, Alex is entrusted with leading BOND NEW YORK's Brooklyn division, drawing upon his wealth of expertise in the local market, particularly in Williamsburg. Prior to his tenure at Corcoran, Alex was one of the original founders of Aptsandlofts.com, solidifying his reputation as a visionary in the real estate sector.

Known for his hands-on and open-minded management style, Alex is dedicated to the professional development and long-term success of his agents. Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York to Italian parents, Alex's upbringing instilled in him a strong sense of community and cultural appreciation. Fluent in both English and Italian, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from St. John’s University. Outside of his professional endeavors, Alex is a devoted family man, CrossFit enthusiast, and ardent New York Rangers Hockey fan.
