Prior to entering real estate, David enjoyed a successful career in financial services where he excelled in marketing, sales and relationship management.
He is a highly energetic individual who enjoys an active pace at work; his drive, entrepreneurial spirit and focus on customer satisfaction have been the foundation of his success as a broker. David specializes in rentals and sales in Brooklyn and Manhattan. His strengths lie in his knowledge of neighborhoods, ability to build strong client relationships, and commitment to providing a full range of support throughout their important transaction. As a coop owner himself, David understands the complex buying process and can help you navigate along the way, from submitting a viable offer, to preparing a standout board package to a successful board interview. As for sellers, David provides wealth of experience in establishing potential financial capability of potential purchasers, as well as advertising, staging and marketing homes to maximize profits for owners.
Though originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, David has spent most of his adult life in New York City. He has lived on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, in Long Island City, and in the vibrant Williamsburg and Midwood sections of Brooklyn. David earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Pace University and did his graduate work at St. John’s University. He is an avid golfer, passionate cook and big New York Jets fan. David is also an active member of his community and president of his building’s co-op board.
