Originally from Florida, Hailey grew up in a family deeply rooted in construction and real estate, which ignited her interest in the industry. After college, she made the bold move to New York City, bringing with her a strong foundation in executive administrative support and a background in marketing.

As the Executive Assistant at BOND New York, Hailey focuses on rental leasing, market research, and ensuring seamless operations. She works directly under our Principal Brokers and company Directors.

Hailey is passionate about contributing to BOND's ongoing success.

Hailey holds a double degree in Communication and Marketing from Florida Gulf Coast University and she currently resides in the West Village.
