I love real estate! I have been a proud student of NYC real estate for close to two decades.

 

I began my real estate career by working for a real estate attorney that specialized in the creation of condominium and cooperative offering plans in NYC. At this job, I met real estate expeditors, real estate developers, architects and more that I still speak to till this day. This employment piqued my interest in real estate, which led to me pursuing a formal education in real estate by obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate Development from Baruch College. All my professors worked full-time in real estate. Many of whom I still speak to till this day.

 

I enjoy helping the first-time buyer to the most experienced real estate investor navigate the NYC real estate landscape. As a current resident and native of Brooklyn, I have special insight into the catalysts that cause communities to change leading to profitable investments for my clients. As a real estate investor myself, I understand the intrinsic needs of an investor, especially a first-time real estate investor.

 

I offer several services including but not limited to property management, construction project management, housing violation removal, cost reduction, and more! No task is too small or too large. I bring a wealth of knowledge and contacts to assist any client with their real estate needs.

Now that I am a mom, I have intimate knowledge on all NYC has to offer for families with young children. I also enjoy travelling with my daughter and taking her to fine-dining restaurants, museums, stargazing and more!
