Prior to joining BOND, Nancy worked for Sundae, a real estate firm in San Francisco, on the investor arm’s marketing team. She honed her skills connecting investors with properties that best suited their investment needs.

Nancy loves helping all types of clients find their dream apartment and has a soft spot for those relocating to the city. As someone who moved here to follow her dreams, she knows first hand how overwhelming the process can be. For Nancy, having a home as an anchor was essential to her own experience and treats every relocation as if it were her own. She makes sure her buyers and sellers feel confident and supported throughout the whole process. She communicates every step of the way, so there will never be points of confusion. For buyers, she takes the time to really understand what they’re looking for and help them find a place that fits their lifestyle and budget.

Originally from California, Nancy relocated to New York two years ago to explore new avenues of her acting career. Her favorite thing about the city is how vibrant it is, and how much it has to offer. From the food scene to the art scene to the theater scene, Nancy relishes in the fact that there is something for everyone.

When not working or exploring the city, Nancy enjoys golfing at Chelsea Piers, attending art museums, and watching Formula 1. She is also super passionate about traveling and even lived in Sweden where she fell in love with the concept of Fika!
