Rick brings his 20 years of experience as a North Brooklyn resident, investor and landlord to his work with his clients. Buyers and owners alike can benefit from his expertise and connections in construction and design when it comes to purchasing or preparing their property for rent or sale.  In 2005, Rick renovated his first property, a 3 family townhouse, in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Since then, he has purchased and personally renovated two other townhomes in Williamsburg and Greenpoint and managed the rentals at his properties. 

Whether it is analyzing properties for primary residence, investment or renovation, preparing a property to rent or working with a renter who needs to put their best foot forward to a landlord, Rick is able to provide valuable insight and strategies for his clients. He is persistent and enjoys working through complicated financial situations to find the best solution for his clients.

Rick holds a BA in economics from Georgetown University and an M.A. in music from NYU. In addition to his real estate work he is an active trombonist on the NYC jazz, experimental and rock scenes appearing in venues all across the city and many recordings. Rick is an active member of the Greenpoint community where he resides with his wife, daughter and canine son, Lobo.
